  • Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q is a great restaurant because they have fast and friendly customer service, great barbecue, cleanliness, and a lot of wholesome country character. Employees have a sense of urgency while helping you to ensure that you can get through the line quickly. Since the meat is priced by the pound, it helps keep the employees moving the line quickly. They carry plenty of sides, from potato salad to green chile stew, to go along with any main dish you choose. I'm a forever customer!
