  • Ella answered the phone when I called and was extremely rude. She immediately cut me off and said "well what do you need?" while I was mid-sentence trying to explain the nature of my call. I had a couple of questions about prices and she said there was no way she could tell me the price. I gave a lot of details about the material, style of clothes and what I needed done; still she said "there is no way I can tell you that, you need to come in". She was very short with me and kept trying to hang up on me and always interrupted me and cut me off. I even asked a very basic question about how much jeans cost to hem and she was rude in delivering her answer. I understand that she may may have been busy with other customers but she could have asked me to hold or call back. There is no need to be so short and impatient with a potential new customer, especially when I have several items to be adjusted. And I do understand that exact prices cannot be given but all I was asking for was a rough estimation.
