  • I've had DirecTV for 7 years, in two states, 5 different houses. It's has worked through most storms, although it does get interrupted on occasion. Almost every call I've had to make was handled promptly and professionally. I love all my channels and the DVR is so easy to use. It's been a much better experience than I had with Cox. I don't think I could ever go back to cable.
