  • I really had hoped this was going to be my new nail salon, but unfortunately that won't be the case. The nail techs are nice, but the customer service just isn't there for this place. The first time I came in, everything was fine. Not even a week later, I had 2 nails break. I called after the 7 days so they charged me for the repair which was understandable and I paid for the repair without a problem. A few days later the same 2 nails broke so I called and had to come back in to get them fixed. I ended up making an appointment to go in the next week to just have a new gel polish change. My nails are real and they are a bit long which I ended up cutting down when I got my gel polish change to avoid more nails breaking. Every time I have gone in for these nail repairs I have asked for them to put acrylic on them, but they just glued it and put gel over it which of course is going to result in them breaking again. I end up leaving the nail salon last Thursday with a new gel polish change. Forward to this past Tuesday the same 2 nails break again. I end up calling the salon this time before the 7 days and had made an appointment for my nails to be fixed later that night. I get a call back maybe 20 minutes after I make the appointment from the receptionist who says they suggest I get a full set of acrylics and wanted to reschedule my appointment because it's going to be $10 to fix my nails anyway. I asked her well isn't it within the 7 days? Why would I have to pay for these repairs? She responds with oh you were just in? Okay well the tech won't have enough time so can you come in tomorrow? I said I won't be able to make it in until Friday. Of course it's after the 7 days so I told the receptionist if they didn't want to fix the nails for free as their policy states then I'll just take my business elsewhere. Her response is "well if you want to go somewhere else then just let me know it's up to you". I told her I wanted her to have someone fix my nails as I was just there and spent $50 on my nails for them to break not even a whole week later. I go in today to get them repaired, go to check out and she tells me it's going to be $15 for my repair. So I ask her why is that when it was within 7 days? She says because we suggested you get acrylic and you didn't, and you'll end up getting a free full set of acrylics if we continue to repair your nails for free (the same two nails this whole time, only one of the nails broke for the first time which was still in the 7 days). Had they suggested me getting acrylic BEFORE I spent $50 on a gel polish change, I would have done it. The fact that they want me to spend more to get acrylic plus a gel polish change in under a week of the service is ridiculous. I would have just gotten the acrylic on my next service if anything. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid for my repairs, left and never plan on returning!
