  • oh my god! these people are the absolute worst. paid my insurance and 2 weeks later received a letter from dmv that my license will be suspended because of non payment. called american access and they said, " no everything is fine", called the dmv myself and everything wasn't fine. called american access back and they called the underwriters and yada yada yada and now it's fixed! number 2 incident, got an email from american access saying sorry i'm not a customer anymore, i called for an explanation because my bill was paid and they're excuse was a glitch in the system, i called dmv to make sure and sure as 1+1 is 2 my license was suspended! i call them back and i am irate! they were so busy telling me to calm down, don't raise your vo ice, we will fix the problem, etc.... so this means atleast 2 times if i would have been pulled over i would've went to jail. so if you don't call everyday to check on your status you could be on the way to jail! and also they have no remorse! luis rojas is the worst! i hate i have to put a star to post this
