  • Super sweet staff and close to the house which is why I give 3 stars... But definitely high on pricing and they give hard sells on the treatment plans (makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable). I paid $44 to have a Dr. do a follow up look at my dog's ear... We weren't even taken back to a room. I was told to wait in the reception area and my dog was taken in the back somewhere to be looked at. The vet tech was the one to speak with me; I didn't even get to see the doctor. How do I even know the Dr. checked my dog? It took maybe 5-10 min and all they did was look at my dog's ear with a scope... $44. Then they tried showing me a treatment plan for like $360 worth of routine stuff although I have already informed them before that I go elsewhere for my dog's yearly shots/bloodwork etc. I don't like having to explain at the end of every visit why I don't need certain work done with them when they present a treatment plan I don't even ask for. Definitely get the "for profit" feel at this place. Won't be returning.
