  • This is my second time buying an above ground pool from Pool City Robinson. I had a pool 2012-2016 and took it down because we moved. Had no issues with that pool. Lived in a community that didn't allow pools for 2 summers and regretted moving. Moved back to a house where I could have a pool in spring 2018. Pre ordered in January 2018. Pool delivery was April 2, excavator dug on May 5, and my install was May 23. I expected it sooner, but the weather did not cooperate. For 2 weeks I had to cover my excavated pool area with a tarp, inconvenient, but I wanted my pool! It definitely was a little stressful waiting, but it was worth the wait. The customer service throughout this entire process was exceptional (thank you Adam for dealing with me!!) Pool City is easy to work with and the installer (Shawn) did a good job, perfect liner! I am so thrilled with my new pool!
