Love the facility. Love the various activities. Beautiful place! Fun activities! But Customer service makes it horrible. I had a group come in. First problem: they quoted a price over the phone and then it was higher once I came in. Second problem: since I reserved a number of people, the facility didn't communicate that there needs to be one way to pay. Causing us to miss out on jumping time trying to figure it all out. Third problem: the manager showed no sympathy and took no responsibility for the miscommunication errors on their behalf. Fourth problem: we had less than 40 minutes to jump even though everyone paid for one hour
On top of that more time was wasted because (I filled out a waiver prior to coming so that we wouldn't waste any of our jumping time. We even received a confirmation email) they couldn't find our waiver in the system meaning it cut into our jumping time in addition to their other hiccups.
