I recently moved from an apartment to a house and had to open a SW Gas account. It was easy to get the account switched over to me from the previous tenant, their automated phone payment system is simple and efficient as well, but what really earned them the 5 stars was the customer service. I scheduled a tech to come out and check the house on my move in day, he was quick and super friendly(cute too), but aside from that, I had questions and concerns about gas appliances since I have only had electric previously, and all my questions were answered and I was left with peace of mind. Priceless!
