  • The product, by the time you get it, is exceptional. The problem is that these shaved ice desserts take a long time to make, which wouldn't be bad if the owners staffed this place during weekdays with more than one employee. He is working hard, but five tickets are on the board and we have been waiting forever. Please, hire more people and this place will rock.
