Updating my review to reflect DryBar's awesome customer service! After I filled out the email survey they sent out, I received a call from (I believe her name was) Danielle and she was the SWEETEST. She asked about every detail of my experience and explained how they use the feedback to educate their stylists. She then offered me a blowout free of charge, and assured me that they would try to place me with a stylist that would be a better fit for me. She was SO right! I just left drybar and had a significantly better experience! My stylist was Andrea and she was wonderful! So sweet & personable, she chatted with me the whole time and asked several times how I was doing, if I needed water, etc. And my hair! My hair looks awesome. It's soft, not frizzy, smells great, and is exactly what I asked for - and NOT painful at all! Glad to know that they have great customer service and really care about improving negative opinions, not just saying "oh well". Thanks DryBar!
