  • Update moved out 12/20/17 and paid the water bill in a cashier's check. I received a bill from the apartment for $74. This includes the water bill I had paid. Called the office and spoke to the "office manager" lol, who told me it was not paid. You cashed the money order 1/3/18 and they sent me to collections on 1/5/18 for money you already have! My lease ended 12/31/17. Just WOW! Substanndard apartments, run by conam SLUMLORDS and they are THIEVES!
