Rented a car for 10 days. left my home keys in car, filed lost and found report. Item was found and package, weighed, shipping label created. Got tracking number from Fedex, after paying $38 for next day air, still no delivery of item after 8 days. called alamo and asked why pkg had not shipped. Female employee at Charlotte counter said "Fedex is sometimes slow picking up items we ship" was rude and unprofessional. Rent 30 cars a year for business, and have never had more unprofessional experience. No follow up after leavimg 6 messages with Alamo help desk in Charlotte. still awaiting response

Someone contacted me from Alamo and my keys are in the mail. Customer service person got in contact with me within 48 hours of me writing this review. Inam satisfied that situation was resolved. CC
