  • WATCH OUT! If you buy anything from this store, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL PROMISED GOODS WITH YOU OR YOU'LL NEVER SEE THEM! We bought NUMEROUS PRICEY games; foosball, pinball, shuffleboard and more. Spent $1000's. I also bought a $2,000 vintage slot, for which they promised a lousy $200 stand. It's been NEARLY TWO YEARS NOW, NOTHING! I've called incessantly and they just promise a call back, but it's just a lie. Plus, the machine is jammed and being in OC now, I'm SOL on the warranty. They also promised to make a key, since the original was lost. I ended up bearing that expense, as well. Bottom line, GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS, REPEAT BIZ OR REFERRALS ARE INVALUABLE TO THIS PLACE. Go where biz owners have integrity, value their customers and keep their word WHEN IN WRITING (or not). $350 for failure to pay for a lock and stand is going to cost them WAY MORE in future losses. I'm building another man cave with about $20K in games. Guess where I WON'T BE SHOPPING?! They're obviously very unfamiliar with the volume vs. % concept.
