  • This review is for the office staff at the Sahara office ONLY! They are SO RUDE! They never answer their phones and if you call back they put you right through to the automated system. And once I called and called cuz I needed them to answer their frickin phones ASAP they answered after an hour and 15 mins just to have to talk to the nurse and I had to wait for her call back and then she sent me over to scheduling and they didn't answer again!!!! The next day I called to see what time my appointment was at and which location because I didn't remember and guess how the lady answered the phone.... "Yes Haleigh how can I help you" excuse me that's not how a business establishment answers their phones so thanks for giving away that you have caller ID and you purposely ignore your phones!!! I definitely do not like the office staff or at least the girls that answer their phones! I try to go to the rainbow location as much as possible Because the girls there are nicer!
