When we called this office, we were told that they work with military and reassured they have experience with Tricare. When husband had to pay $39 for the initial visit, we were wondering why it was not sent through insurance, but we were thinking that they'd just run the subsequent sessions through-$39 cash was manageable. After second visit, husband was charged $95 for 30-min visit and given a sheet that said it would be $4000 for his planned sessions (40 visits total over 7 months!). The milit. "Discount" was still $2k if we paid in full right away!!! That would be $47/session. When I called the office, the lady was patronizing me and talking to me like I was an idiot. She also bad-mouthed my husband and other chiropractors, on top of making assumptions about me, fear-mongering tactics and foul language. What a turnoff. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes, during which she did ZERO listening and just talking down to me. I looked up online what the going rate is for a chiro in our area and the average Is still less than their "discount". Way to go and mess over a service member! They still charged us $95 for that "first session". We will go to a different chiro who will do a free consult and wants to have us as patients. Run the other way from this place!
