| - If Yelp would let me do NO stars I would. Nowhere in their info do they tell you that you have to take the shuttle from the airport to the main rental depot AND THEN take another shuttle to their location. I promise not to embellish or exaggerate in this review. So, after taking TWO different shuttles to get to their location, I waited in line for 40 minutes to get to the desk. It then took another 35 minutes to conclude the contract (and I had a reservation). They DID NOT honor the price I was quoted, it was five more dollars a day, not a great amount, but still, they would not honor their quote. I guess at this point it should be no surprise but they did not have a map to offer to customers. I was surprised and said so and the clerk told me that I could go somewhere else to rent a car if I didn't like it. No concept of customer service. Now I go out to pick up my car, and will wonders never cease, there is one person doing the incoming and outgoing cars. The woman in front of me was returning her car and told me that when she finished her paperwork it took more than an hour to bring a car up for. When I was leaving the lot, the clerk went around the car, putting X's by all the dings, my car had so many dings I made a comment amount getting a banged up car and her response was WELCOME TO FOX RENTALS! In the end it was the same price as Avis, which I love, and it took me almost 2 hours to get a car -two hours from when I walked in the door until I drove off the lot. WHAT A HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! You have been warned!
