  • UPDATE: I didn't want to do an official update to this review because that would've downgraded the rating and I still think Dr Weiner is an awesome surgeon. Their billing, however, is awful. I prepaid the surgery cause "that's their policy", they filed a claim with my insurance and got paid on it as well. I've been trying to get a definite answer on when I'm gonna get my money back and Rachael, their billing person, keeps giving me attitude along with a bunch of excuses every time I call. She is patronizing and not very pleasant to talk to. I'm sorry lady, when you wanted me to prepay you called me like clockwork asking for money. Now it's my turn and you talk to me like I'm some kind of annoying pest. Well, give me my money back and I won't call you again! Unfortunately, that put a damper on the overall positive experience with the doctor. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Aside from being a great surgeon Dr Weiner has the best bed side manners I've encountered with doctors, especially with surgeons. And if you dealt with a lot of doctors you know how hard it is to come by a surgeon without a God complex. He is approachable, takes time to listen and answer all your questions, and spends as much time as he needs to with each patient. He explains everything in detail and doesn't act like he's being bothered by us mortals and our silly problems when you ask him a question or bring up a concern. He performed an ACL reconstruction surgery on my knee two months ago and I'm very happy with the results. Dr Weiner is an excellent surgeon with clearly a ton of experience and I'd highly recommend him to anybody. To comment on the wait at the office though, I did experience really long wait times on several occasions which Dr Weiner personally apologized for. On other occasions, I was able to see him in 10 min. The office could be run a little smoother, that's my only negative comment, everything else was great.
