  • I did not buy my toyota here - but I've brought it here for service. I hadn't seen the reviews until my 2 year old car had the "check engine" light come on. Long story short, they kept the car for 4 days (after telling me it would be a two hour fix) trying to tell me that nothing was wrong with it. The check engine diagnostics at another location came up with 8 error codes - yet somehow I get into the dealership and there's nothing wrong with it? Right. I truly believe they wanted to get out of paying for the services included in my warranty. After a lot of back and forth arguments, they did the service. They also recommended additional services that I respectfully declined. They did not like that response and promptly told me that wherever else I go, I'm overpaying. They were unprofessional, unorganized, and untrustworthy.
