  • Victory village does not even deserve one star. When I moved in three years ago the place was decent but management has changed three times and the apartments get worse with each manager. There are two pools here and our lease states one is open year round. Both pools have been closed for the past 1.5 years. The buildings are filled with cockroaches which is absolutely disgusting. Management is rude and they threaten to fine everyone for not picking up there dog feces but there is dog feces everywhere. And to top the cake they raised the rent. Looking to get out ASAP since my lease is finally up.
