Found an ad on apartments.com and called the number and left a message. No answer but got a phone call back quick. The guy said to call someone named "Wally Sellman" and that he was in charge of the area I was looking at. Called him in the afternoon earlier this week and no answer. Left a detailed voicemail.
A whole day later this guy texts me saying his name is Wally Fellman (not Sellman) asking when I am available this weekend to view the place.
So they must be new colleagues or they are messing with me... The guy I spoke to before specifically spelled it Sellman. S-e-l-l-m-a-n.
So I texted "Wally" a few hours later with the times I am available and it's been two days and I had no reply. So now it is Sunday and I texted him just now asking "Hello? What is this?" And instantly I receive, "This is Wally Fellman with Rx Realty". And that's it. I have not received any sort of appointment date from him or other information to help me out. I texted him again and still no reply. The other guy also said he was with "Marshall Stearns Realty" when I asked him the other day over the phone... But Wally seems to want to convince me he is from "Rx Realty".
This is how they choose to handle business with younger people. Simply seeing where you are at with things and then simply dismissing you as if you are not important without using direct communication. I haven't even spoken to him over the phone. This lack of communication is ridiculous and the guy's name is
"WALLY FELLMAN" 702-493-9787
Sounds like he is in his 40s, white male.
