  • I had been to Minute Muffler on St. Clair a few times for various things (a new fan, oil changes, tires). I had kept going back because it was convenient as the work was NOT stellar. The last time I went in the manager spoke to me like a child and not like an adult customer paying him money to do a job. It felt very much like a stereotypical experience of a woman customer at a male dominate car garage being treated like an idiot because of her gender. This incident happened weeks ago, but I still find myself upset by it and thought I should fair-warn other women looking for a respectable garage that this one is not it. There are lot of other options in the area and I will be trying those.
