rev:text	If you can avoid Air Canada, do. They are great at taking your money when you book on line but if you need to change a flight, be prepared to sit on hold for 10-25 minutes trying to get a person on the line. The sad part is, this is consistent - I've had to fly with them for the past 6 years. It NEVER gets better.... even though the prices go up and the value keeps going down.
