  • Hello - the first review on this page was posted by the home inspector himself, Mark Kilian (see 4/7/2015 review below) and he gave himself 5 stars LOL!!! There are 2 reviews below on the same page that are hidden, one of which was not favorable and the person clearly had the same issues with Mark we did. We purchased a while back and we've been busy dealing with issues that should have been spotted during the home inspection. I made a note to be sure to post a review. Consequently, I am a bit delayed in getting this review posted Of course Mark showed up with his pre-determined checklist and did his due diligence, smiled, shook our hands and went his merry way. He then hid behind all the disclaimers in the paperwork when we moved in 2 weeks later and immediately had A/C issues, oven issues, roof tile issues, inoperable light sockets just to name a few. His responses ranged from, "that was not an issue at the time of inspection per my home inspection report" to "that is not something that is covered as part of the home inspection process and I cannot be held responsible for that component or issue". Like I said, he did a generic inspection, followed along with his checklist doing no real "inspection" of certain items that could have saved us several hundred dollars after moving in. What a waste of money to actually have paid for his so-called services and "inspection". I am surprised any realtor group would associate with or recommend someone that works at this level of integrity. Kissed our money good-bye and will never recommend this person to anyone we know. If there was a negative zero review option, it would have been a -10!
