EEK. Me thinks not. I won't be going back. My car was with them for 9 days for maybe 2 days of work. When I called with a sense of urgency on the status of my vehicle, apparently they were "too busy" to return my call and I was told that with some attitude. I couldn't imagine a client leaving me a message indicating a sense of urgency and not returning their call for over 24 hours...and then telling them "I was too busy" for a 2 minute update. Really?!? When I did finally pick up my car, my electric seats weren't working. They told me they "forgot to plug something back in". Hmmm....that's comforting. Then to top it off, the next day I find out that my right brake light was out. Sometimes you get what you pay for. In this case, I paid a lot and got very little. I'm a total word of mouth realionship type of person....good and bad! Sorry MBV...customer service is very important in today's world! Best of luck to you.
