  • TRENT IS THE MAN!!! My girlfriend has purchased three cars from this dealership before with the help of Trent (amazing guy I highly recommend him) and told me that they are very good. So I decided to start looking for my next car from carmax. I found a car I really liked (2014 Chrysler 300s) I called the dealership to set up a transfer from Henderson. TJ assists me with the transfer (that's where I made my mistake should have went to Trent). He tells me it'll arrive within a week. So about 6days passes and TJ calls me and tells me the car is in. I'm all excited and go there right after work to find out the car isn't sellable. Not just that I couldn't even drive it. The reason why is because he had a rock chip while it was in transfer, he said it'll take all day the next day to fix and that it'll be fine to buy in 24hours. The next day I didn't get a call from him so I decided to txt him. He said that they haven't even started. And that most likely it would be fixed the following day. I'm a very patient person so I said ok. Next day I come in and test drive it I ended up Liking the car. We ran the app and It came up with too high of an APR. I told him I will come the next day with a co-signer and for him to hold the car for me. He said sure. The next day I stayed at work late but did let him know 3hours in advance that I wasn't going to make it and that I will be coming in tomorrow for sure to buy the car. The following day I decide to talk to Trent about it because I realized that the car was up for sale. Trent tells me that car is in the process of being transferred to a different location. I didn't get any notice of this. Tj did not get a hold of me and tell me what's going on. He just put it back on the site. Not one call or txt back. Not a good salesmen what's so ever. Very impatient. TRENT is amazing and very helpful. He has been sending me cars left and right. That's who I'm buying my next car from. Over all this place isn't bad. Customer service should be worked on just a little
