  • So I wish that I could do two reviews. One for customer service and one for quality of mattress. Since I can't I'm reviewing based on mattress. I really hate this mattress. I'm 41 and have some joint issues but nothing major. This mattress makes everything hurt. From ankles to temples I hurt. I thought there was something seriously wrong with me so I started sleeping on my couch. The pain mostly went away. They did send me a mattress pad but it's very thin and I'll fitting so it did not help. In fact, it made it worst since it moves around the mattress. My best friend likes a really hard mattress and I can only assume all of these positive reviews are from people who also like a super firm mattress. This has been so painful. I didn't know getting the wrong mattress could be this painful. If you aren't 20 and under I'd really think hard before purchasing.
