  • STOOD UP AND LEFT MID SERVICE, never had to do this anywhere before in my life but the level of rudeness towards me by one of their nail techs was just unacceptable. Not to mention I still paid FULL PRICE for a service that was not even half done. Had been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over two years but no more. I believe her name was Kimberly but honestly don't know for certain since she was mostly talking to herself in her native language while she ignored everything I asked for my nails. Currently at a new nail salon that will hopefully treat their customers with more respect. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.
