| - Heard on the grapevine that this place had fab live jazz, interspersed with classic RnB, and boy did it not disappoint - such talent! If you are looking for smooth jazz, this is the place to be.
True to form, the venue is dark, sultry & intimate. Great for a date, or small group inside (tight seating), but groups of 4-8 may find space in the front or back patio, if you arrive early enough. Very chill vibe outside; you can have a conversation yet still have a musical backdrop. Nice selection of drinks, even non-alcoholic, too (e.g coconut water, lychee juice).
It seems you can bring food in here as we were starving and brought in some burritos from down the street, after checking it was ok. (Lots of eateries open in the area until ~9.30-10pm)
Have to mention Sean, the fellow at the entrance who also seems to be in charge, who was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the night. Little things make all the difference. I'll definitely be back.
