I'm sure the food will be good, but let me get to the problem with this place...
I placed an order online and it let me put 6:40 as the pick up time. I get here at 6:20 and they tell me they don't have my order. I tell the girl behind the counter it was to be picked up at 6:40, oh surprise now she finds it. She then goes on to tell me that their system won't get the order until 6:40, um WTF. So I ask to speak to the manager who just says the same thing the girl said, but adds it's a system/BWW thing. When I ask what kind of sense that makes he agrees that it doesn't. Yet only says they'll put my order in now and that's it. Talk about horrible customer service!
I don't really care who's fault it is, get your sh*t together people! And when you mess up, do something to make up for it.
