  • The shoes here are amazing, best selection out of all of the shoe stores in Wynn/Encore. I bought a pair of Stuart Weitzman's here and the jewel fell off a long time after I purchased them. I didn't know what to do so called the store looking for Stuart Weitzman's cust service # (there isnt one btw) since I knew was way too old of a purchase for the store to replace. The store manager, Natalie, talked to me on phone about it, had me email her a pic of shoe, and was able somehow to find a replacement piece on a shoe long out of season! Talk about great customer service. She really cared about my situation and spent the time to help me out, even tho I only shopped there once. I will def pay this store a visit again when I go to Vegas again, even if to pop in and say "Thanks!" (as if I could ever go into a shoe store like that n not purchase something lol, rite!)
