Worst hair cut I've ever received. Hands down. But everyone has off days, I can accept that.
What I cannot accept is the owner of the shop failing to call me back to schedule another appointment to fix it. 3 times she told me she would call back. After the second I asked if I should call her back (apparently it's difficult to read her appointment book) and she rudely responds "no, I'll call you back"... she never did.
I show up to the salon to show her in person the gong show that I'm wearing on my head (Co workers and friends asked if my girlfriend cut my hair) she says again she will have to get back to me with a time slot. I asked for a refund because I will need a new hair cut ASAP. She says they don't do refunds because "it is still a hair cut"
I paid $45 for a garbage haircut then had to pay another barber $30 to fix it. I guess that's what happens when the owner needs to pay herself for sitting in a chair all day not returning phone calls.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this place.
Oh yea, any guys out there ever had someone use thinning sheers on their side burns? It's painful
