  • So excited to have a Dutch Bros closer by. My rating today is based off of the wait time and customer service. I waited approximately 40 minutes in the drive thru lane. Once finally arriving at the window, I asked the guy if they are giving out extra stamps due to the excessive wait. He rolled his eyes and said, "that's not how we roll, it was your choice to wait in the line." I told him that any other location that has had long waits have always given an extra stamp. He informed me that the employees that did that broke company policy. He seemed annoyed. That's fine. An extra stamp doesn't matter but a friendly employee makes the difference in any company.
