  • A few weeks ago we stopped by to check out facility. Conveniently located to office and home. Pat gave us the tour. Very helpful and professional. Came back yesterday and rented 10x10. Again very thorough & professional but still friendly at the same time. Would highly recommend. I reserved on line and had a little trouble with web site. Couldn't get confirmation so I called the call center. Very rude male agent. Hung up and called customer service which apparently is different than call center. Lady this time. Different experience entirely. She confirmed my reservation, even called the facility to be certain I was confirmed. As I ended the call, Pat the manager at the storage facility called to confirm as well. DO RESERVATION ONLINE. any issues talk to customer service. DO NOT CALL THE CALL CENTER. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
