  • When Bill Jenkins was alive this company was top top notch. Since he passed away this company has lost its focus and is now run by a bunch of angry insensitive jerks who have no idea what the word service means. Move on. Big company with big company attitude and prices that doesn't give a rats red rump about you. No longer the personal touch company.
