  • I have been coming to this salon for two years now and hate that it has come to this. Monday evening I went in for a gel polish change and received the slowest service ever (an hour just for polish, no manicure). By Tuesday afternoon, not even 24 hours later my polish had turned gray, bubbled, and started chipping and I even had pictures to prove it with the Tuesday time stamp. BUT because I had gone out of town to Dallas for work they said I had waited too long to let them know and that I would have to pay to have them redone which is assanine. My polish didn't even last 24 hours when it usually lasts between 2-3 weeks.... I am never returning.
