The WORST telecommunication company ever ... Customer Service is a joke. As soon as humanly possible my family are jumping this shark and heading to another company. Being double charged for a damaged phone and then customer service not being able to a thing about it and trying to get a supervisor to speak to impossible. When I have PROOF I paid for damage (for returned mobile),activation etc (for new mobile). Plus the store customer service is deplorable aka the WORST. These people do not know their heads from a hole in the ground. The sales agent Brian Santana is incompetent at store #241651. If you want EXCELLENT customer service ,value and reliability .. do yourself a favor STAY AWAY from Sprint/Nextel
