  • We received a report telling us that there might be electrical issues with the condo that we were looking to purchase, It advised that we hire someone to look at the electric. So, we hired someone to look at the electric only to find out there was nothing wrong with the electric. It appears that my inspector forgot to push the buttons on the GFI outlets back into place. I would have hoped that they would have had the ability to realize that it was the only electrical issue, because it would have saved us some money. They were correct when they stated there was an issue with the HVAC system and I'm grateful they they were able to bring this to our attention. Our inspector was only looking for issues and not solutions to possible problems. I think that had some common sense been applied that it would have save us some frustration and money. Therefore, our experience with them was...Meh.
