  • I 'popped' into this new concept PopBar last evening @ Westgate Mall in Glendale Arizona. The store was quite spacious, well-organized and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Of the extensive menu, I tried the Pistachio Gelato (layered with coats of dark chocolates and almonds) and also the Peach Sorbet (also almonds coated). The freshness of the bars and the fruit concentration instantly grabbed my attention upon first bites. They taste distinctly different from ice cream. The color variation accompaniment also were conspicuously fresh, bright and healthy looking. Could have gone for bar #3 but woulda ruin my dinner appetite. A must try desert if you're visiting the mall or in the Phoenix area !
