The bathroom door never. Closed completely in our room. It was two to three inches open all the time.
When pressed the manager said that the contractors had messed up on one group of rooms. So the rooms with malfunctioning doors are still being sold. They refused to refund our stay. They only gave us one night free.
We stayed in room 209 and were offered room 309 which had the same problem.
I had also asked for a mobility accessible room. I was give a deaf accessible room.
If you have a physical disability, I do not recommend this hotel at all. As the doors to the rooms are extremely heavy, and they are completely oblivious to what accessibility means.
The one bright spot was housekeeping. They kind and went out of their way to make our room look nice.
