  • I have a 9 year old Shih Tzu named Londyn who since a puppy has hated the word "bath" And going to the groomer even more. I saw a recommendation from a friend on Instagram for puff & fluff. I messaged them on IG and let them know that Londyn gets extreme anxiety and she HATES the groomer. They assured me that they specialize in making dogs feel comfy and safe. I made the appointment and took her in. She was scared of course... but when I picked her up I couldn't believe it. She used to be sad when we left and she would lay in her bed for a while and walk around sad. However, this time she was happy, running around, ready to play etc. She has been going on a more regular basis and today she didn't cry, whine or shake. I am SOOOOO grateful to come to a clean, caring, amazing place. I am so happy that this overprotective mama can take her "doghter" in and not worry about her treatment and she looks great!! Thank you!!!
