rev:text	WORST ! We have our car worked on a year ago, the bumper is falling off. The parts they replaced are defective, the car has over heated FIVE TIMES ! We have taken it back FOUR times only to be told "there is nothing wrong with your car" We just had to have towed to them, because it was overheating again, their fans ONCE AGAIN stopped working. Which has been a problem, they work and then don't and then do and so on. When they don't work the car overheats and we get stranded. THREE TIMES NOW! They refuse to do anything about it. They insist the fans a fine .. but this time, I took a video of the problem and sent it to our adjustor. He told us he'd have it towed to any shop that we want. Oh and by the way ... we did not know we could take it anywhere, until After the work was done. Gieco makes is seem like it has to be at one of their "approved" shops. Anyways ... the car is going back into the shop again (of our choice) today and once again we are with out our own car. Let me add as well, that manager Mike ... irritated my wife to the point that she said "I guess I need to get an attorney" he told her that was a threat and hr was calling the police, and if she came to get the car he would have her arrested YEAH ! She had to get a gieco rep to go with her, to pick it up. This has been going on for nearly a year! We cant drive our car far, it keeps over heating and they are shocked and offended that we are considering talking to an attorney. (we have actually) Just image you are making payments on a car that you bought BRAND NEW ... first driver and you cant take if more then a few miles from home, without being worried about being stranded. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!
