  • Our experience would be a 5 except on the back end with finance. Watch out for the terms on the extended warranty. Honda gives a 3 year 35k coverage, while this dealership charges $2,500+ for 60,000 and though the contract states can cancel at any time states until the second payment where they get the credit for the contract you can't cancel. Our salesperson Tracy is incredible from telling the truth, to literally detailing the car himself, to explaining all the features of our new CRV. Hopefully when it comes to service we will have a better experience.
