  • I am a client of Stephanie Ireland who is an attorney at Goldberg and Osborne at their Thomas Road office. I have to say I have never in my life had to deal with such a lack of professionalism in an attorney in my life. I have a personal injury case with them and I dread having to talk to this woman ever. She has this bad habit of talking down to people and thinking that she can dictate what's going to happen with your case. She, in my opinion, has lost site of the fact that every case that is on her desk is of a person she is employed by and for. She has the audacity to tell me that she doesn't want me to email her anymore asking about a status of her case because I wouldn't agree to the "settlement" she came up with. I have spoke to a managing attorney very nice woman who said she will address it and hopefully she will however after this experience I will never ever ever use this firm again.
