  • If there was a zero star I wouldn't hesitate to use it. Terrible customer service with horrible help and resources. A vehicle was purchased at this location, everything was going smooth from the begging. However as soon as the car was driven away the problems begun. Three days after the purchase the car simply wouldn't start and when I called to speak to the sales man he offered to have whatever the issue was fixed. Upon receiving the car back I was explained the transmission was replaced! Cool, I'm not sure why this wasn't an issue before they sold the car to me. I asked for proof or any sort of paperwork regarding that new transmission that was replaced and the salesman denied any paper work stating there shouldn't be any problems to worry about. Instead I got a book receipt with a signature saying the transmission was replaced. Not even 10 days from the date of sale the car had been back at the shop 3-5 different occasions. yikes! This was a 2015 dodge caravan! The car wasn't even 5 years old. I made several attempts to speak to the manger after not getting a solution from anyone else. I was finally able to get to a manger and I explained the situation calmly and professionally however all I got back was "shut your mouth you don't know anything about cars" followed by the line being disconnected. Mind you I was never ever rude to this so called "manager" all I want is justice and people to know what a rip off place this is! Costumer service and being all ears is the number one factor in a successful business. Shame on you!
