  • Staff was very helpful at this location. Found a new mattress here that was the style and brand that I wanted, Stearns and Foster! The price was great. Couldn't find a new box spring to match. Only $850 for a maybe new S&F mattress. I thought waiting until Black Friday might save me 10% so I waited on the mattress for a week while looking for another box spring. I decided to come back to buy the mattress and they had raised the price to $1100! Was told there would not be able to reduce the price for me until Black Friday. Forget it, I gave up. I went to a full service Sears showroom and purchased an absolutely new mattress, not a Stearns and Foster, but got a great mattress at a reasonable price. Just skip the Sears Outlet and go straight to a regular Sears. These Sears Outlet just give Sears a bad name. I would avoid all of them if possible. The sales person that I spoke with was 5 stars and very helpful. This is why I gave three stars.
