  • I have been getting bagels for years almost each Sunday after church around 9:30AM. There's always a long line around that time frame. I always order between 3-6 bagels to go but I always have to wait between 15-20 min. It gets more frustrating after waiting in line for 15-20 min for the worker to tell me it will be another 10-15 min for 2 cranberry bagels. Why don't you have one line just for the to go customers?? Getting a few bagels to go should not have to be that long.
