  • Service was fast, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The pizzas are 10 inch, six slices of culinary perfection. The nut ricotta is curd balm. Perfect texture and saltiness. As for the guacamole, I was not impressed. Grapefruit is a great idea but in practice it was inferior in more than one way, lacking a citrus flavour as well as missing a sour or zangy tongue taste. Also the pablano pepper offered no barbeque or smokiness nor was it spicy. A guacamole that wasn't tangy of spicy is like a Mulligan. The char califour did not live up to expectations for me, but anyone with a sweet tooth will enjoy the dates and mint. Honestly without that sweetness it would have been great. It has a great kick of flavour but I was told it would spicy. Just not a fan. I would love to come back and try the TDL tempeh blt crossover. Maybe next time.
