TLDR: Bill Luke will not stand by their products. Once you pay, you are nothing to them.
My wife and I bought a 2014 Ford Expedition from Bill Luke in the beginning of May 2018. On delivery, the AC did not have any air output. They kept the car over the weekend and fixed it, we thought: it's a big dealership, they're reputable and they must've fixed it. A little over a month later, the AC stops working when RPM goes up. I contacted Bill Luke 4x over last 24 hours, spoken to wholesale manager, senior sales associate, left messages for general manager and assistant sales manager. The people who spoke with me can't help me and can't follow through on their promise to find someone who could; the people who can help won't answer their phone or return voice mails.
