  • I was worried about my reservation here because I didn't read the reviews first. Just hours before I arrived they were getting 1 stars for dramatically poor experiences. My stay was pleasant - no bed bugs, no bloody towels, no aunts, no loud slamming,and no guests already occupying my room. I got a really good deal on hotels.com and the room was clean, quiet, and there IS hot water. The room was very cold but easy to turn down the AC. I had a 2 queen non smoking room and it was very spacious! The only staff member I came in contact with was Isaac, the receptionist. It did take awhile to check in but he was kind and patience as he juggled guests and phone calls. I decided to stay a few extra hours then I had planned just resting in the room. I recommend- it's a good deal!
